The project is located in Anren village, Qiantan Town, Jiande City. The existing idle plant of Hangzhou Chaoyang Industrial Co., Ltd. is used for production by using pre vulcanization renovation and twin-screw extrusion renewable rubber technology. The project was put into trial production in early February. During the trial production, the equipment operates normally and the production condition is stable. It has a production capacity of 5000 tons / year recycled rubber, 50000 pieces / year retreaded tires and 30000 pieces / year repaired tires.

The project annually processes 112500 tons of waste tires from Zhongce Rubber Group. The waste tires are sorted first, and the waste tires with high damage and unable to be renovated and repaired enter the reclaimed rubber production workshop for the production of reclaimed rubber; The pre vulcanized buffer rubber, rubber strip and pre vulcanized tread used in the refurbishment process are purchased finished rubber compounds, which are made by recycling, vulcanization and other processes; Some old tires with partial damage are repaired.

The initial planning of the project is to invest 36.8 million yuan. After completion, it will form an annual production capacity of 50000 retreaded tires, 30000 repaired tires and 20000 tons of recycled rubber.
